Chris has been involved on the front lines of direct response fundraising since 1989, helping clients throughout the country and across all major non-profit market segments. Chris helps clients understand and leverage strategies for stronger long-term donor relationships – by meaningfully integrating their off-line and on-line communications tools. He has expertise in many facets of direct response development, including: Integrated, Multi-channel communications, Donor retention and upgrade strategies, New Donor acquisition, Lapsed Donor reactivation, and a variety of ad hoc data-driven opportunities.
Lee has provided client account services for Magnet Direct clients since 2011 and has worked in the fundraising industry since 2009. In that time she has worked with a wide array of not-for-profit accounts. Lee was also Production Manager for a publishing company, serving both commercial and not-for-profit accounts. Lee’s keen creative eye and strong production management skills help clients achieve their fundraising goals. She has a BA degree in Communications from University of New Hampshire with a minor in studio art.
Teri Regan, formally from The Kessler Group, joins Magnet Direct as a Senior Account Manager. Teri has over 12 years of direct mail account management experience where her focus was executing campaigns from strategic planning through execution in the mail while keeping the client’s goals and objectives at the fore front. Teri has an extensive production background with great attention to detail. In her spare time Teri volunteers with the Animal Rescue League of Boston, enjoys running and is currently training for her 5th half marathon.
Michelle has over 20 years of experience in Direct Mail. Prior to her most recent 12 years in the non-profit fundraising arena, Michelle worked in the insurance industry as the Documents Manager, where she and her team of Graphic Designers and Business Analysts developed business forms and marketing materials while managing an offsite mail house. She has worked directly with clients to develop strategies for effective non-profit fundraising and she currently supports all of Magnet’s front-line Account Managers to ensure that all mailings are prepared with the highest quality, always on-time, and with the greatest cost-efficiency possible.
With over 18 years experience in Data Processing for Direct Mail Marketing, Nam handles all data prep, hygiene, analysis and customized reporting. He is well-versed in non-profit fundraising metrics, which allows him to bring contextually-relevant solutions to our clients’ data needs. When he’s not providing hands-on support for active appeals, Nam maintains our Magnet Direct Database for a variety of strategic data management services and ongoing drill-down analytics.
With over 12 years experience in Accounting for Direct Mail Marketing, Lori-Ann ensures the timely and accurate processing of client accounts and financial reconciliations.
